Source: What Is It? How Do We Tap Into It?

November 20, 2020 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Facts

-Source exists, but it can be quite the process to find!

-We can find it through meditation, life experiences, and by consuming psychedelic substances!

Intro

Source is a word used by the elite of our time; they use it to refer to the boundless energy that can be tapped into and access whenever we choose to do so.

When I say the word “elite,” of course, I’m referring to those who are the most conscious of our time. They are the true elite after all!

I’ll love to go in-depth with this because I wish I had someone fully explain source to me when I was beginning to wake up. I’ll explain some things and help clear some other things up, enjoy the read!

What Is Source?

Source is a word that refers to a meaningful subjective happening, some would argue the most meaningful subjective happening. I experience source as an ever-moving stream of metaphysical light accompanied with an intensely positive feeling, sometimes I’ll even have visions with the same feelings. I separate source from imagination because source is more powerful and more healing than imagination; with imagination, I simply see within my mind, but with source I feel like I’ve come across something spectacular, ever-flowing, meaningful, healing, and positive.

I saw/felt source most prominently while I was coming down from my DMT trip. I saw it as an orb of white light on top of a red grid, and I felt like, well, how you feel when you’re coming down from a DMT trip :p.

I experience this phenomenon every day, sometimes without even meaning to! It’s become so frequent that I’ve simply accepted it as a part of my life, even though I wouldn’t have even conceived of it as a young adult. This leads to my next question…

Is Source A Myth?

In a word, no. It’s something that’s accessed with an open mind and positive intent (“I choose to experience source”), and usually, it’s subjective although it’s possible to see source in the physical world as well.

Many people assert that it’s a myth, and I thought it was a myth for a long time. I couldn’t experience it for myself so it must have been a made-up scam to reel in gullible people and take their time and money! Then I took psychedelics… And, as Hicks would say, “I had my 3rd eye squeegeed clean. Er ee er ee er ee er ee!”

The biggest obstacle to experiencing source is skepticism, such a gnarly bastard. “Well, you can’t trust it, just stick with what you know.” “Yeah, but what if it doesn’t work?” “Don’t you have other things to do today?” “It doesn’t exist, you dummy, stop being so gullible!” Skepticism, of course, has its roots in fear… And fear is really a low, dull, and boring way to experience life.

How Can We Access It?

Psychedelics will automatically blow you right out of the water if you take the right doses. I recommend 1.5-2 grams of psilocybin mushrooms (weigh them out) and 50-100ug of LSD (one or two tabs) for your first time, although a source-experiencing dose looks more like 3.5-5 grams of psilocybin and 150-300ug of LSD.

Meditation works.

Choosing to open your 3rd (usually on a consistent basis over time) eye works.

Going through the individuation process works (IE, disidentifying from thoughts, beliefs, and feelings that are detrimental to your life and becoming yourself through integration and more). I argue that this is one of the more effective ways to experience source since you’re actively building and integrating yourself while getting rid of the things that no longer serve you, on a psychological level.

And if you try one or more of these things and nothing happens, don’t fret – sometimes it takes consistency, dedication, and practice to be able to experience source on a whim!

Why Should We Access It?

If experiencing source can take a lot of time, effort, and concentration, then why do it?

Looking back on my own life I feel like the changes I made to be spiritually transcendent were just as meaningful as the actual transcendental experiences themselves. Opening my mind, disidentifying from my dangus beliefs, becoming who I wanted to be, making the right choices, creating the right intentions, becoming self-aware – I did all of these things before I sat back and really experienced source (aside from psyches).

Now that I think about it, all I really had to do was choose to experience it, but it’s a good choice since experiencing source leads to psychological and emotional healing, among other positive phenomena.

It also seems to be an “end-state” of sorts. Experiencing source, as far as I’m concerned, is the state I experience after I shed everything else away. When I disidentify from an important archetype that controls my life what I experience in its place is source. It’s the place I want to be. It’s hard to explain unless you’ve already experienced it for yourself.

Conclusion

In conclusion, source is real and worth experiencing, even if it takes a while to really experience it. After all, it’s the same state we experience with psychedelics – who wouldn’t want to live in that state while they’re living their day-to-day life? 🙂

Thank you so much for reading my article! I trust it was helpful to you in one way or another, and I’ll see you in the next post!

A Positive, Regenerative, Conscious Belief System

November 18, 2020 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Facts

-It’s very helpful to assume a positive, conscious, regenerative, loving belief system if your current belief system isn’t serving you very well.

-You can always change it and rearrange it to apply to you and your current circumstance!

Intro

I’m glad you made it! You’re reading a post about positive, regenerative, conscious beliefs so I’m quite impressed.

As many of us know beliefs are a very powerful part of our life. Our beliefs can very well be filters for our actions if we embody and act them out, so everyone knows this and does their best to create and live out an amazing belief system that does wonders for them, right?

I wish. But I choose to take it a step beyond a wish – I choose to create an amazing belief system that you can (most likely) adopt and have your life go in an upward spiral. Please keep in mind that this probably isn’t as effective as you creating your own belief system and that it isn’t as effective as not believing anything at all (the state of the mystic). With that said, let’s check it out!

What Counts As A Solid Belief System?

Let me be very careful so I don’t fall into the land of belief while I answer this question:

A solid belief system enables survival, health, sexuality positivity, love, communication, understanding, and the advancement of consciousness.

Why? Well, we have to survive if we’re going to keep playing the game the way we’re playing it. Sexuality, of course. I include psychological, emotional, and physical health since being in pain lowers our chance of survival and since it’s usually an undesirable feeling/way to be. I feel like positivity goes beyond simply being healthy in the sense that it’s regenerative and that it feels good, and because it seems like that’s what life’s all about I’m a certain sense.

Love, of course. Communication because giving and receiving signals that can be transformed into imaginative images and understanding enables our survival and expansion of consciousness. And because understanding and the expansion of consciousness seem to be meaningful and pursuable phenomena in and of themselves!

I include no more and no less because survival, positive feelings, expansion, and more seem to be the name of the game! I’m certainly opposed to any beliefs that are self-limiting, beliefs that aren’t an accurate representation of reality, beliefs that hurt the believer and everyone around them, etc.

What Are The Benefits of A Great Belief System?

Why adopt an amazing belief system, anyway? Isn’t it better to go with what you believe already?

For some, maybe! However, I wish I had a belief system to adopt when I was younger, I was simply a giant mess. My beliefs were all out of whack and I suspect that writing this down will help you if you’re anything like me!

The benefits, of course, are uninhibited survival, the creating and sustaining of positive emotion including passion, sexuality, confidence, love, intuition, knowledge, and more, the giving and receiving of meaningful communication, the obtaining and sustaining of knowledge and understanding, and the advancement of your self-awareness, self-liberation, and overall consciousness. How does that sound?

The Beliefs

Here are the beliefs themselves:

Survival – “I deserve to survive with no inhibitions.”

“Surviving is easy and effortless.”

“I find fulfillment through taking care of my responsibilities.”

The creating and sustaining of positive emotion – “I feel passionate.”

“I feel sacred.”

“I feel sexual.”

“I feel pleasure.”

“I feel humored and humorous.”

“I feel confident.”

“I feel enthusiastic.”

“I feel love.”

“I feel intuitive”

“I feel like I know.”

“I sustain my positive emotion as long as I choose to.”

“Negative emotion does not distract me from the fact that I am in control of my own emotions.”

Communication – “I communicate effortlessly.”

“I regularly give and receive meaningful communication.”

Knowledge and understanding – “I regularly give and receive meaningful knowledge”

“I understand everything I prompt myself to understand.”

The expansion of consciousness – “I keep an open mind.”

“I regularly expand my consciousness.”

“I choose to open my 3rd eye and keep it open.”

Creating A Belief System

What I’ve added above is a solid body that covers the bases! I have done my best to create a belief system that effortlessly intertwines with itself since cooperation seems to be more meaningful and more effective than competition.

Feel free to add any beliefs you wish to add! You know your situation better than I do so I greatly encourage you to take that into consideration and create your own belief system, like I’ve mentioned above. But if you feel quite depressed, lost, or if you don’t know where to start, here you go!

Conclusion

Thank you so much for reading my article! I’ll see you next time 🙂

The Extreme Power of Belief

November 4, 2020 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Facts

-Beliefs are extremely powerful. What you believe (consciously and subconsciously) most likely determines how you live your life!

-Beliefs are powerful because of the emotions they can summon.

-You can create and disidentify from beliefs! If you do these two things you can create and have complete control of your mental reality, and your mental reality is mirrored in the physical world 🙂

Intro

Almost all of us believe something! It doesn’t have to be religious and perhaps we believe in a casual sense, but almost all of us know what it’s like to believe something even if we aren’t consciously aware that we do so, and I doubt this comes as a surprise to you.

What may surprise you is how powerful beliefs actually are! When you believe the right things and when you believe them in the right way you will have great power and great influence, and in a good way!

What Is A Belief?

A belief is a repeating thought pattern that’s (usually) emotionally charged. Also, our beliefs are often sources of emotional polarity, meaning we feel positive whenever they’re agreed with and negative whenever they’re disagreed with.

An auditory thought and a belief are different because thought is fleeting, whereas a belief is a thought that’s repeated, reaffirmed, and emotionally charged over a long period of time.

Even just knowing this one truth puts you in a position to take care of yourself! But more on that in the section below.

The True Power of Belief

What tends to happen is we tend to identify with our beliefs and let them decide how we physically act, how we interact with other people, and how other people interact with us. This means that we can create a live out a set of beliefs that is very powerful and very regenerative to ourselves and others, and this is probably the best thing to do as far as beliefs are concerned.

Let’s say we identify with the belief “people love to give me money.” Since money is a positive thing and since such a belief implies that money comes effortlessly, there will be a stark absence of stress if you choose to believe it. An absence of stress usually means an increase in confidence and a state of relaxation, and both of these states are healthy, positive, and desirable for biological and psychological reasons. In other words, if you act from this belief, people will probably give you more money than if you didn’t act from this belief!

Let’s look at another belief, “life is tough, and surviving is difficult.” If you identify with this belief then you’ll be focused on surviving and not thriving, and you’ll also focus a lot of your time on being tough. You’ll probably spend a lot of time subconsciously sabotaging yourself so that surviving will be difficult to reaffirm the belief that surviving is difficult. You’ll hang around people who believe the same thing which will reaffirm your belief even more, which means you’ll probably pass on this belief to your children. Enough people are doing this at the moment to create a “survivalist world,” and I find it disgusting.

When you create and live by a belief you will literally do everything you can to reaffirm it since you subconsciously use it as a source of emotional polarity. But beyond this, identifying with a belief will also determine how other people interact with you as well since beliefs can control body language, your tone of voice, what’s being said, and your actions, all of which are picked up by others fairly quickly! Belief can be quite strong in either a positive or a negative sense, and identifying with them can make it better or worse depending on the belief.

How It Can Be Positive, and How It Can Be Negative

It’s worth mentioning that most of us have a mixture of positive and negative beliefs, and that sometimes these beliefs even contradict each other. We can believe that working hard is the right thing to do but we can simultaneously believe that surviving is difficult, and identifying with these two beliefs make for an entire life of hard work and constantly being broke.

It can be positive when you ask yourself, “what do I believe?,” write all of your beliefs down, write down a set of beliefs you’d like to adopt, disidentify from the beliefs you don’t want to live out anymore, and adopt the ones you want! How it can be negative is by simply doing nothing and letting your negative beliefs fester, or by adopting more negative beliefs for one reason or another.

It’s also worth pointing out that one belief can invoke a certain kind of emotion, and that emotion can invoke other beliefs and emotions. There is such a thing as a “core belief” where one belief is lived out and other beliefs and emotional experiences are created from that core belief. This is great when positive beliefs are core beliefs! However I feel like many of us have negative beliefs as core beliefs, and that’s partly why it’s so hard to change from negative beliefs into positive beliefs.

How To Harness Beliefs For Yourself

Of course, we can harness beliefs for our own purposes! I greatly recommend forming a purpose that is in the best interest of your wellbeing and the wellbeing of everyone around you so that your beliefs will line up in a regenerative way!

How I do it is I write down my current beliefs and the beliefs I want to add into my subconscious. I change my current beliefs to be in line with my purpose (being regenerative to myself and other people) and I disidentify from the ones I don’t want to hold onto. Then, I consciously choose to add the new beliefs (IE, “I choose to believe that I’m powerful”) on a consistent basis.

Usually, it takes a week of affirmation to truly change and add beliefs, especially if I’m trying to change a core belief. Perhaps it will be longer or shorter for you, but I recommend following the way I do it because repetition is how your current beliefs got there in the first place!

If you choose to do this, and if you really believe the best things you can possibly believe you’ll be sitting pretty in one of the best places in the world, psychologically and emotionally speaking! Physical success won’t be far behind either, of course!

Conclusion

Understanding the true power of belief and how to harness it for positive purposes is the best way to live a healthy life (alongside psychedelics ;)). I truly hope this post is informative and helpful, and I’ll see you in the next article!

Beyond Spirituality

November 2, 2020 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Fact

-There is a state of being that feels like it’s beyond the current definition of spirituality we see today! This state of being can be reached through meditation and a kind of dream called a “wisdom dream,” the most powerful kind of dream!

Intro

I’ll admit – I know it’s bold to even claim that there’s anything beyond spiritual practice and experience. However, I understand that we as a modern species understand spirituality in a certain light, and I wish to convey an understanding that’s beyond this modern understanding of spirituality.

My Experience

Sometimes I will have a very, very powerful dream. This kind of dream is so vivid and so intense that I cannot convey the entirety of its meaning to you through a mode of communication so primitive as the English language… Nonetheless, I call them “wisdom dreams” or “healing dreams.”

In my most recent dream I was sitting down and I could turn a full 360 degrees to view the (rocky and desert-esque) landscape. I also had a pair of sunglasses and when I wore the sunglasses, the tone of my dream changed from color to black and white! Pretty cool all by itself, but something else would happen… A portal would appear when I had the glasses on. A small, white portal. When I looked into it I could feel something happen inside of my head, and when I looked away I would feel normal again.

My friend was sitting beside me (who happens to be extremely conscious in the waking world) and she told me, “if you look into that portal for long enough you’ll go on a DMT trip.”

I looked at her in an odd way since I… Couldn’t have a DMT trip? I mean, it was impossible since I was asleep, plus I didn’t have any on me!

I fooled around for a little while and then I decided to jump right into it. I put on the glasses, looked directly into the portal, and off I went.

To say this was a healthy experience would be an understatement – it was exactly like a DMT experience except it was fully inside of my own mind! It started out small (in other words, memorable) and I floated in space with toy dinosaurs and toy blocks floating all around me. Perhaps aliens were there as well? I don’t remember. What I do remember was the feeling of absolute transcendental bliss and the feeling like it was progressing into more of the same.

The dream progressed two more “levels” until I reached the core of the whole thing. I remember speaking with something (someone?) and I remember that their words were very meaningful but I don’t remember what they said. I woke up and spent the entire day healed of any and all psychological and emotional ailments (which is really saying something considering how broken I was at the time)!

That dream plus countless other experiences have led me to write this post – yes, all of these can be considered spiritual experiences, but they’re so meaningful and so wonderful that simply labeling them as “spiritual” seems almost insulting to the experience! And trying to reach these states by simply trying to be “spiritual” doesn’t seem to be very effective!

Objective Experiments

I wouldn’t be surprised if these states that I consider “beyond spiritual” can be accessed by you in the same way that I can.

Some objective ways to have roughly the same experience is through a large dose of psychedelic mushrooms or a good DMT journey. If I didn’t smoke DMT before I had that dream I highly doubt the dream would have been so intense, so there’s that to consider!

Something else you can try is cultivating a strong intention to have such a dream. If you do this I suggest asking yourself why you want such a dream and try to answer and heal yourself while you’re consciously reading this sentence. Perhaps you can even cultivate your intentions, go through as much healing as you can without DMT or wisdom dreams, take DMT, then you’ll have an increased chance of experiencing such a dream. Unfortunately, I’m already in the land of speculation so I’ll just say that DMT works for sure!

It’s All About Perspective

You’re reading the post of a dude on the internet through a certain perspective. I don’t know what it is, but it’s there. I encourage you to observe your own perspective and write down everything about it. I also encourage you to create the perspective you want for yourself and live it out to the best of your ability every single day.

That’s one of the more surefire ways to go “beyond spirituality” and really experience some cool things in your life!

Conclusion

I tell you about these things in the hope and desire for you to experience them, so I encourage you to have a “wisdom dream” as soon as you possibly can! Thank you for reading, I’ll see you in the next article 🙂

Spirituality: What Is It?

October 30, 2020 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Facts

-There are different levels of realization within the spiritual realm. Some are deeper and more thorough than others!

-Having the intention to open our 3rd eye more and more is the quickest and most effective way to understand what spirituality is!

Intro

Spirituality is something that’s been experienced and discussed for many, many, many years. Some people have many spiritual experiences, some don’t have any, and some even vehemently deny any kind of spirituality altogether.

I am writing from the perspective of someone who isn’t spiritual in nature but who is receiving spiritual experiences anyway. These experiences are so intense and so meaningful that I don’t even want to talk about them for fear of trivializing them – instead, I’ll write about the modern-day view of spirituality, what the point of spirituality is, and all about opening our 3rd eye. Enjoy the read!

Modern Day Spirituality

In 2020, spirituality isn’t very prominent on our planet at large. There are certain countries and certain groups within most countries who are spiritually inclined, however, the majority of the world isn’t very spiritual, rather it is religious; they believe, and believing is one step away from true spirituality, even though it certainly has its place.

Modern-day spirituality largely consists of astrology, special physical things (such as crystals), conscious tattoos, ecology, and spiritual wear (dresses, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, etc). If someone has/knows of these things but they do not have an open mind, they are participating in a shallow (but meaningful) depth of spirituality.

Some people go deeper and master the art of medicine, move to countries that are more spiritually minded, grow special plants and mushrooms, commit their lives to their beliefs, consciously seek out conscious knowledge, etc, etc. If someone does these things but they do not have an open mind, they’re participating in a deeper (more meaningful) depth of spirituality. This is as far as most people go and it suffices to cover spirituality as it’s perceived and acted out by most modern-day people.

What About The Most Meaningful Spirituality?

The most meaningful spirituality, as it’s perceived by me, is when your mind is open, all of your beliefs are gone, and when your 3rd eye is open. After all of this, it simply depends on the intensity and complexity of which feelings are felt and visions are seen, which is why psychedelic substances are so powerful and meaningful – they offer you the opportunity to ramp it up to an 11.

What does having an open mind mean? I opened my mind by choosing to have an open mind, and the difference between then and now is then, I couldn’t control my feelings or actions and I didn’t have a lot of imagination/spiritual experiences. Now that I’ve decided to have an open mind I can control my feelings and actions (even though it’s sometimes difficult), I have a very strong imagination, and I have many spiritual experiences that especially happen when I’m asleep. I imagine that having an open mind is relatively the same for you, although I think that exactly what you experience will be far different than what I’ve experienced.

What about when all of your beliefs are gone? You can have your 3rd eye open but having tons of beliefs (especially detrimental beliefs) will limit the amount of spirituality you experience and they will also determine how you live your life altogether. It’s possible to disidentify from each and every belief you possess (even the subconscious ones), and what will be left? Some people call it God, some people call it death, some people call it I, some people call it source…

And what about when your 3rd eye is open? Having your 3rd eye open simply means you can see and experience spiritual happenings within your own body (your head, to be exact). It’s hard to be bored when your 3rd eye is open because you’ll be having amazing dreams, meaningful meditative experiences, and you’ll see all kinds of things even if you don’t ask for them! DMT (dimethyltryptamine) is the physical chemical that stimulates the opening of the 3rd eye, if you smoke enough of it you’ll have an experience that transcends meaning itself. Don’t believe me? Try it.

Truly spiritual people don’t believe, far from it – they observe what’s happening in their heads, first and foremost. Carl Jung was asked if he believed in God, and he responded with “I don’t need to believe, I know.” Mind you, he wasn’t necessarily stating that he believed in God, what he was saying was something akin to, “I understand what you’re trying to say because I have personally experienced more than what you’re aiming to comprehend.”

They observe meaningful and intense experiences, and often these people have the more emotionally rich lives, like Terrence McKenna. Their massive insight and emotional (and usually intellectual) maturity often influence their emotions in a positive way, which means they’re very polarizing to other people – some people enjoy intelligence/positive emotion and some do not!

Truly spiritual people can regress back into the other parts of spirituality (as well as anything) should they want to. Usually, they can regress without becoming possessed or consumed by the relative unconsciousness, although sometimes this happens as well.

The Point of Spirituality

Is there a point to dancing? Is there an objective, or a place to end up at? No, we dance for the feeling, the experience – we don’t meditate because there’s a point, but because we wish to experience, and feel.

I say the only thing to really do is open your 3rd eye, and that the rest (of your life) comes naturally. Opening your 3rd eye is a combination of good consistent psychological choices (“I choose to open my 3rd eye,”), a healthy diet, and good caretaking of your mind and body. Be healthy and make the right choices, essentially!

Many people become spiritual because they wish to heal from psychological and emotional pain, and that may be a solid reason to begin! However, spirituality gets even crazier once all of your psychological stuff is healed, so be prepared for that 😉

Opening Your 3rd Eye

First of all, should you? Or is it better to stay away from it? If you’re already on the path there’s no turning back but if you haven’t begun yet, I suggest consistently exercising and doing what’s best for yourself and others. We don’t need to open our 3rd eye to live a meaningful life on this planet, just the simple things will do – no sugar, no processed meat, no obsession with negative opinions and negativity in general (older people, I’m talking to you!).

But if you’re going to open your 3rd eye anyway, it’s… Interesting to say the least. Much meaning flows and spirituality becomes a felt reality instead of an abstract belief system, and sometimes it even turns into a practice. Like I mentioned above it’s a choice that you make – will you choose the blue pill or the red pill? Many people tell you the red pill is the way to do – I’m here to tell you that either pill will work in your favor if you stay healthy and make the right decisions 🙂

Conclusion

Thank you for reading and I’ll see you in the next article! Just make sure to meditate a while before reading some more 😉
