The Sovereignty Law: An Idea To Exempt Competent People From The Constraints of The Law

January 2, 2021 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Fact

-The law slows down a percentage of us. Introducing a solid way to make certain individuals exempt from the law helps us be productive, take the correct steps, not be afraid of censorship, and generally do our thing without inhibition!

Intro

In today’s world, we have the law, and it has always been thought of as the sacred text to abide by almost everyone around the world whether they want to or not.

The purpose of the law is to protect innocent people and punish criminals. However, there are some people who, I feel, have such high IQs and EQs that they should be exempt from the law so they can do their own thing without constraint.

What Is The Sovereignty Law?

The sovereignty law is simple; people can  apply for it by taking a test. If the test shows that someone is very intelligent, empathetic, or both, they should be exempt from any and all law that governs the land and sea.

The judge (the one who decides whether or not someone should be considered sovereign) isn’t to be a government official. They are an intelligent sovereign themselves. This makes sense on so, so many levels.

Once someone is considered sovereign they are to receive cards, papers, electronic proof, car stickers, plaques, etc which they can provide as proof to any questioning official.

Which Kinds of People Should Be Exempt?

Here are some examples; Friedrich Neicheze, Tolstoy, Dostoyevsky, Carl Jung, Terrence McKenna, and Jordan Peterson all could have benefited from being exempt from the law (present tense for Peterson).

The kinds of people who should be exempt from the law are those who see past their desire to take advantage of their privilege in corrupt and detrimental ways, for people who could accomplish so much more good for society without having to waste time jumping through legal loopholes and avoiding unintelligent grunts.

This means that very, very few people would actually be exempt from the law, and that those who should be really should be.

What’s The Benefit of Exempting Some People From The Law?

One of the main reasons for declaring sovereignty for great people is so they can freely experiment with psychedelic substances. Another good reason is because many geniuses often break the law without thinking about it since they’re in their heads all of the time.

And, if a great person is exempt, they don’t have to conform to structure when they create and promote their creative work. They also wouldn’t have many restrictions in forming connections and conclusions about things that really matter. For example, if we exemplify someone who wants to study the effects of LSD on the brain, they’ll be free to study the effects of LSD on the brain, something that should be one of our top priorities at the moment.

Final Thoughts

The law is, essentially, made/enforced by the unintelligent for the unintelligent. As such it’s an insult to true intelligence. Since this is so it’s only natural to proclaim some sovereign from the law so they can bring about the results they want with no one breathing down their back.

It’s very important to have stellar judgment on who gets to be exempt and who doesn’t. I even want to go so far as to say there should be 30 judges who all work 1 day a month. Why? So they can each take LSD and/or psilocybin before their day and be able to most accurately see and predict the intentions of those who take the test.

Conclusion

Thank you for reading my idea! I truly appreciate it, and I’ll see you in the next post!

Millionaire’s Law: An Idea To Feed The Hungry

December 31, 2020 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Fact

-Many people are starving in this world, and having everyone pitch in will solve this problem for good!

Intro

We have many wealthy people in America and around the world. Unfortunately, even though these people take care of their needs and the needs of everyone immediately around them, they tend to hold onto their money with a tight grasp and an armored heart. This is why we should push for a law that changes this.

What Is The Millionaire’s Law?

The law is simple in concept and difficult to execute; if a person/company makes $1,000,000 or more per year a certain amount is required to go towards food/water/shelter for the people who need it. My number is $10,000 per $1,000,000 earned, I want $10,000 out of every million/yr to be put towards human wellbeing as required by law, however, I am uncertain of what a reasonable number looks like. For clarity’s sake, this means that if a company earns $4,000,000 in a year, $40,000 of that goes to charity; the fee increases or decreases depending on how many millions they make.

If and when the law is purposely disobeyed the disobeying party is to pay double the amount per million they make. If and when they disobey the new punishment they are to step down from the position they’re in and have somebody competent run the company/project.

We can also make it simple; when the payment is due all they have to do is pay to a certain organization. That organization is then responsible for making sure the money is given to groups and organizations that are providing food/water/shelter to those that need it.

Also, we can create this law so it affects people who’ve already earned a lot of money but who are unwilling to give it away. We can name names and tell specific people to give some of what they have or else they’ll face severe consequences, such as Jeff Bezos. If we do not require certain rich people to pay towards human wellbeing we’ll certainly be missing out on a more wonderful life!

Why Implement It?

People’s well-being is more important than obtaining money. Many wealthy people are wealthy because they are heartless, because they’re okay with screwing other people over and getting rich off of their ignorance. ML should be implemented as a counter to this, we don’t want people getting wealthy and creating monopolies without giving back!

Final Thoughts

This is different from socialism because only a small amount of people are required to donate, and because the capitalist structure still stays in place.

We the people have the power to push for this and make it happen! This isn’t something we have to sit around and wait for someone else to do, we can write a representative and propose that this become law right now! I highly, highly encourage you to do so!

Conclusion

Thank you for reading my idea! If this resonates with you I encourage you to do your best to make it happen :). See you in the next post!

The Building and Maintaining of ‘Consciousness Centers’

December 31, 2020 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Fact

-Building ‘consciousness centers,’ places for conscious people to access resources and form a community, will be extremely helpful for us, similarly to how churches are helpful for people who believe in God!

Intro

While there are relatively few conscious people alive today, there are enough to warrant the respect and dignity they often lack from unconscious people. One helpful expression of this respect is the building and maintaining of consciousness centers, and I’ll enjoy expressing exactly what I mean!

What Are ‘Consciousness Centers?’

A consciousness center is a place where conscious people can go to experience safety, community, and sanctuary. It functions like a church, minus the dogmatism, and plus a whole bunch of other things that conscious people benefit from such as a place to meditate, safely take psychedelics, be around people of a like mind, obtain information and resources, etc.

These centers are particularly to be built in places where conscious people reside but where there is a stunning lack of respect and/or resources for them. They aren’t to be built as or turned into places of profit, and they aren’t to be owned by incompetent, unconscious people.

Why Build Them?

Conscious people tend to suffer around the world from lack of relatability, lack of community, lack of resources and proper information, lack of respect, and more. Building these centers wouldn’t be much different than building churches, and they would be extremely helpful to the kinds of people who deserve all of the support they get.

Final Thoughts

I’m thinking that these centers should be community-driven and tax-exempt. They should be built on private property and exempt from the law in every way imaginable. If harm or death happens in or near a consciousness center the owner and community should act accordingly instead of letting the law get involved.

Conclusion

Thank you for reading my idea! I encourage you to help me bring it to life, and I’ll see you in the next post!

2 Ideas to Help Prisoners Become Better People

December 30, 2020 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Fact

-Prisoners are often angry and/or resentful, and letting them have a healthy outlet is an idea to help them become better people.

Intro

We have people in our society who are deemed too offensive to live among us. Violence, drugs, suspicious activity – you name it. Some people find themselves locked behind bars, whether they deserve it or not.

I’m not here to plea the innocence of these people, but rather I’m concerned with their current state of being and how it can be improved. Today I will present two ideas that will improve the quality of life in prisons across America!

Idea Number One

He’s running down the street as fast as he can with the police in hot pursuit. He cuts through his neighbor’s backyard, waking him up in the process, and making him quite angry. The police eventually catch him and pin him to the ground, and force his hands behind his back. He’s handcuffed and, after due process, he’s sent to a jail cell.

Depending on the jail he may have things to do, or he may not. He may have recess, work, mealtimes. He may even have access to drugs. However, there is one thing that he probably doesn’t have access to, and that is a punching bag.

Yes, a punching bag. Let me explain!

Prison inmates often (if not always) harbor intense amounts of anger. If anger is allowed to build without release for an extended period of time it can manifest as a criminal act, since ignoring it doesn’t make it go away.

It’s important to give inmates a way to release their anger. They shouldn’t have to sit and let it build up all over again because it

may very well manifest as another criminal act if they’re ever released. This results in a vicious cycle that isn’t helpful for anybody.

It’s also important to give them limited access to the punching bag on a predictable time schedule. This is for psychological reasons. If you give them a punching bag in their cell then they may never use it, since it’s always available to them. However, if it’s only available from 3:00 pm-3:30 pm every day, some of the prisoners will start to anticipate beforehand and be more willing to participate.

Depending on the layout of the prison there can be punching bags in the main room, outside, the recess area, etc. The prisoners should be encouraged to punch the bags as hard as they can for at least 30 minutes, and this will help them live out their anger. This will make life easier for them and the staff who work with them every day.

Idea Number Two

We have AA, Alcoholics Anonymous. Almost everyone is familiar with the program since it’s been around for a long time.

I think prisoners should be required to attend PA (Prisoner’s Anonymous) meetings. The reason for this is simple. When prisoners live together inside of prison they begin to make connections with each other. This connection building can make them even more dangerous if and when they’re released back into the world, especially if they’re still harboring excessive levels of resentment.

If it becomes a mandatory requirement for different prisoners of different backgrounds to sit and make connections with one another (especially with psychological professionals and guards in the room) there will be an absence of one nasty thing in particular – loneliness. We want our prisoners to heal, and the best way to do that is by teaching them how to make strong, genuine connections with each other so they don’t feel isolated and ignored, two feelings that can sometimes lead to violence and the sense of needing revenge.

Conclusion

Beyond these two ideas, we should aim to make our jails a place of recovery, not a place of stagnation. Or worse, resentment. If prisoners have a way to express their anger and a way to form genuine connections with other prisoners/people while they’re there, then everybody will have an easier time, staff, inmates, and the world alike.

Sincerely,

-Gabriel

How To Properly Introduce Psychedelics Into American Society

April 13, 2020 by Gabe Leave a Comment

Quick Facts

-If we make the effort to carefully integrate psychedelics into our country, we’ll have a much healthier, grateful, and loving society.

-We can safely integrate psychedelics by having certified professionals, Psychedelic Safe Spaces (PSSes), and testing everyone for mental illness and/or familial history of mental illness!

Intro

Many, many studies have been released showing the numerous benefits of psychedelic substances; I’ll leave the link to my favorite one here.

To link every example of a test gone right or a positive experience from taking any one of the numerous psychedelic substances would fill page after page after page, so I’ll leave it at the one for now.

Regardless, it’s becoming very obvious to the ones who’ve done their homework that psychedelics should be legalized (at least for medical use) in every country around the world, and I’ll explain exactly how it can be done.

The Method

First, it’s important to legally recognize psychedelics as “medication able to be prescribed by certified professionals.”

This would allow a “certified professional” the legal ability to prescribe these substances to the general public.

To become a certified professional you would need to take a hands-on course that includes learning everything about psychedelic substances, scanning your family’s past for acute mental diseases, testing your overall mental state, and taking at least one dose of psilocybin mushrooms and one dose of LSD (there should be other options on-sight if someone wants to try more than just two).

Anyone can become a certified professional if they pass the course. However, the course would largely benefit psychotherapists, independent and corporate producers, and PSSIs (explained in more detail below).

Whether or not someone passes would be partially dependent on a written test of how much knowledge they’ve retained and partially dependent on the instructor’s reports of the two (or more) trips. If someone passes the written test but the instructor reports them mentally unstable during the psychedelic trip(s) then they likely won’t receive the certification. Likewise, if the trips go well but they don’t pass the written test they must take the course again when they’re ready.

Once someone is a certified professional they are legally allowed to prescribe psychedelics if they deem the “prescribee” stable and able to safely trip.

Second, it’s important to add Psychedelic Safe Spaces to go along with the courses mentioned above.

A Psychedelic Safe Space (PSS) is a place where people can have a safe, controlled trip in the hands of certified trip sitters (Psychedelic Safe Space Inducers, or PSSIs). People can also go there to earn certification and buy psychedelics made/grown/extracted from their own private production plants across the country.

General workers (maintenance, front desk, helpers, etc) wouldn’t be required to obtain certification, however, management (from general management to owner) would require certification and renewal of certification (renewal could simply be a written test and a verified psychedelic trip).

Third, there must be a major emphasis on psychological integrity in this new addition to society. The instructors of the course and the owners of the PSS’ must renew their certification every six months (as opposed to everybody else who only need to renew each year), the owners (and managers) of the PSS’ must prioritize availability to the public as their utmost priority as opposed to their utmost priority being money and power (which can easily be taken care of by renewing their certification), and the psychedelics produced by the PSS’ must be 100% void of impurities of any kind.

Conclusion

This is a rather short post, but it outlines the process by which we can safely introduce psychedelics to the public. If certified professionals are the only ones allowed to prescribe these substances then we can almost completely ensure that psychedelics will only end up in the hands of competent people and minimize as much risk as possible. Plus, there is no telling how many jobs this will create; introducing a system like this will definitely provide economic value.

Once that’s been established then they can go to a PSS and have a safe trip in the hands of even more certified professionals. Obviously, things will need to be added, tweaked, or taken out of this idea in order to make it work, but now that the general method exists, it’s time to make it happen!
